We proudly supply this premium brisket beef roll, carefully prepared and stuffed with crushed garlic and a blend of mixed herbs for exceptional depth of flavour. This cut is ideal for slow cooking, delivering a tender, rich result that’s perfect for hearty meals and special occasions.

Serving Inspiration & Preparation
For best results, we recommend slow braising to unlock the full flavour and tenderness of this cut. A 2kg brisket roll can be lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, then seared in oil until browned on all sides.
Build your base by sautéing onions until golden, adding crushed garlic, tomato purée, and deglazing with red wine for richness. Transfer to a snug-fitting casserole dish, add carrots, celery, bay leaves, and beef stock to partially cover the meat. Finish with fresh rosemary and thyme.

Seal the dish tightly to retain moisture and cook low and slow at 140°C for 9–10 hours. Once rested, the brisket becomes beautifully tender, with a deep, developed flavour.
The cooking liquid can be reduced into a rich sauce, enhanced with butter-fried mushrooms, and served alongside rice or your preferred accompaniment.
