It is commonly used in household cleansing blends, diffuser blends, and diluted chest or body rub-style formulations where a powerful herbal note is wanted. Steam distilled from the dried herb, this oil is highly concentrated and should always be used sparingly and well diluted. It is an aromatic ingredient for external use only.
